The FS-600 Disperser (DC Series) is a versatile small to medium-batch processing equipment suitable for multiple scenarios. It is available in four models: a silent digital display standard version, a chuck version, a hand-crank version, and a hand-crank chuck version. Working principle
The FS-600 disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed via an electric motor. The dispersion shaft is immersed in the material to be processed, and the powerful shear force, impact force, and turbulence generated by its high-speed rotation rapidly break down and disperse the solid particles in the material, fully mixing and homogenizing them with the liquid medium, thereby achieving the desired dispersion effect.
