Product Overview
The YKFS-800 Chuck-Type DC Series Disperser is a laboratory or industrial equipment compatible with AC220V/50HZ voltage. It features a maximum motor power of 800W, with adjustable speed ranging from 0 to 1300 rpm. The device employs a manual lifting mechanism with a travel range of 0-420mm and is equipped with a 350mm long 304 stainless steel dispersion shaft and a ø100mm diameter dispersion disc, making it suitable for dispersing various materials.
Product Features
1. Compatible with AC220V/50HZ voltage, easy to use.
2. Maximum motor power of 800W, providing strong power.
3. Speed adjustable from 0-1300rpm without steps, meeting different process requirements.
4. Manual lifting method with a lifting range of 0-420mm, offering flexible operation.
5. The dispersion shaft is made of 350mm long 304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance.
6. Equipped with a ø100mm dispersion disc for excellent dispersion effect.
Working Principle
The disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed via a motor, which in turn drives the dispersion disc installed at the shaft end to shear, impact, and disperse the material. Users can control the motor speed through the speed adjustment device, thereby regulating the rotation speed of the dispersion disc to accommodate materials with different viscosities and dispersion requirements. The manual lifting mechanism allows adjustment of the working depth of the dispersion disc in the container.
Application Field
Suitable for dispersion operations of various materials.
Operating Procedures
1. Place the equipment on a stable workbench and connect it to an AC220V power supply.
2. Adjust the dispersion disc to a suitable working position using the manual lifting mechanism, based on the container height.
3. Place the material to be dispersed into the container, ensuring the dispersion disc is immersed below the material's liquid level.
4. Start the equipment and gradually adjust the speed from low to the desired level using the speed control knob.
5. After completing the dispersion process, first reduce the speed to the minimum, then turn off the power.
6. Raise the dispersion disc and perform cleaning and maintenance on the equipment.
Precautions
• Before use, ensure the power supply voltage is AC220V/50HZ.
• The equipment should be operated on a stable and firm surface.
• Before starting, make sure the dispersion disc is immersed in the material. Running without material is strictly prohibited.
• Adjust the speed slowly and steadily to avoid sudden changes in rotation speed.
• Do not touch rotating parts during operation.
• Regularly check whether all fastening components are loose.
• When cleaning, disconnect the power supply and avoid direct water contact with the motor section.
