Product Overview
The FS-1800 is a standard model in Yaku's DC series dispersers. This device is compatible with AC220V/50HZ voltage, with a maximum motor power of 1800W. The speed can be adjusted within the range of 0-2000rpm, making it suitable for medium-batch material dispersion and mixing operations with a processing capacity of ≤25L. The actual mixing volume depends on the viscosity of the material.
Product Features
1. Equipped with a DC series motor, delivering robust power with a maximum output of up to 1800W.
2. Wide adjustable speed range, allowing precise control from 0 to 2000 rpm.
3. Features a lifting function with a travel distance of 450mm, facilitating ease of operation.
4. Configured with a dispersion shaft of ø400mm in diameter, ensuring high stirring efficiency.
5. The overall structure is compact, with a height of 1000mm and a weight of 27Kg, making it relatively convenient to move and store.
Working principle
This disperser drives a high-speed rotation of the dispersion shaft through an electric motor, generating powerful shear forces. The blades on the dispersion shaft draw the material from the bottom of the container and throw it outward in all directions. Under centrifugal force, the material undergoes intense collisions, friction, and shear with the blades, the container walls, and itself, thereby achieving rapid dispersion, mixing, and homogenization of the material.
Application field
Suitable for dispersing, stirring, mixing, and homogenizing medium-batch materials.
Compliant with standards
AC220V/50HZ
Operating Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable workbench and connect it to the AC220V power supply.
2. Based on the material characteristics and processing volume, position the container with the material beneath the dispersion shaft.
3. Adjust the lifting mechanism of the equipment to immerse the dispersion shaft into the material to an appropriate depth.
4. Start the equipment and gradually adjust the speed from low to the desired working speed using the speed control knob.
5. Perform the dispersion operation within the range of 0-2000 rpm.
6. After the operation is completed, first reduce the speed to the minimum, then turn off the power supply.
7. Raise the dispersion shaft and clean the equipment and the dispersion shaft.
Precautions
• Before use, ensure that the power supply voltage is AC220V/50Hz and that the equipment is reliably grounded.
• The recommended maximum processing capacity of the device is 25L. The actual capacity is affected by the viscosity of the material. When the viscosity is high, the processing capacity should be appropriately reduced.
• When starting, begin at a low speed and gradually increase to the desired speed. Avoid starting directly at high speed.
• During lifting and operation, do not place hands or tools near rotating parts to ensure safety.
• Regularly check the tightness of components such as the dispersion shaft to ensure there is no looseness.
• During operation, ensure that the equipment is placed stably to prevent displacement or tipping due to vibration.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, always disconnect the power supply.
