9. Planetary reducer + gear rack transmission for enhanced reliability and durability.
Working Principle
The automatic film applicator evenly coats the sample onto the substrate by controlling the coating head and coating parameters to form the desired film. Specifically, it utilizes a closed-loop stepper motor drive, combined with a planetary gear reducer and rack-and-pinion transmission, to precisely control the coating distance and speed, achieving automated film application.
Application fields
Coating film sample preparation for coatings, inks, paints, slurries, lithium batteries, pressure-sensitive adhesives, resins, adhesives, polymer materials, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Operating procedures
1. Prepare the sample and substrate (such as glass, cardboard, fabric).
2. Select and install the wire rod or blade coating head according to requirements.
3. Set parameters such as coating length and coating speed via the touch screen.
4. Activate the vacuum adsorption function to secure the substrate; turn on the heating function if needed.
5. Start the equipment to automatically complete the coating process.
6. After coating is complete, the blade holder can be detached for cleaning or replacing the magnetic blade.
Precautions
• Before operation, ensure the equipment is placed stably and familiarize yourself with the touchscreen control panel.
• Select the appropriate coating head (wire rod or blade) and parameters based on the characteristics of the coating sample.
• When using the vacuum adsorption function, ensure the substrate is placed flat for secure adhesion.
• Exercise caution when cleaning or replacing the coating head to avoid scratches.
• Regularly inspect the transmission components of the equipment to ensure smooth operation.
