Product Overview
Hui Nuo TM3000AK Perovskite Special Coating Machine is a laboratory automatic coating device that employs wire rod doctor blade coating technology, combining the functions of both wire rod coating and doctor blade coating. The device replaces manual coating with automated operation, aiming to improve coating precision and efficiency. Its design features an innovative wire rod installation method and a flip-top doctor blade head for easy cleaning, along with speed and coating length adjustment functions. It is suitable for high-precision automatic coating and sample preparation in laboratories at universities, research institutes, and those focused on new materials, lithium batteries, adhesives, resins, and more.
Product Features
1. Utilizes a high-flatness aluminum alloy base plate, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant.
2. Equipped with a well-known brand differential adjuster, ensuring high precision in film thickness control.
3. Features a flip-top blade coating head for easy cleaning.
4. Comes with a high-precision film applicator and imported wire rods to ensure uniform and precise coating.
5. Operated via a touchscreen control panel for simple operation.
6. Coating length and speed are freely adjustable.
Working Principle
The automatic coating machine evenly applies the sample onto the substrate by controlling the coating head and parameters, forming the desired thin film. As a wire rod or blade coater, it utilizes a wire rod or blade to coat at set speeds and lengths, enabling automated and high-precision thin film preparation.
Application field
Laboratory film coating and sample preparation for university research institutes, new materials, lithium batteries, adhesives, resins, etc. Suitable for coating and sample preparation of coatings, inks, paints, slurries, lithium batteries, pressure-sensitive adhesives, resins, adhesives, polymer materials, pharmaceutical agents, etc. It can be applied by scraping on glass, cardboard, and fabric.
Operation Steps
1. Prepare the sample and substrate (such as glass, cardboard, fabric).
2. Select the wire rod or blade coating mode according to requirements, and install the corresponding coating head.
3. Set the coating speed and coating length parameters via the touchscreen control panel.
4. Place the sample in the coating area and start the device for automatic film coating.
5. After coating is completed, remove the coated substrate.
6. After use, lift the blade head or remove the wire rod for cleaning.
Precautions
• Before operation, ensure the equipment is placed stably and familiarize yourself with the functions of the touchscreen control panel.
• Based on the characteristics of the coating sample and the desired film thickness, reasonably select the wire rod or blade and precisely set the micrometer adjuster.
• During the coating process, ensure the sample and substrate are correctly positioned to avoid slipping or shifting.
• After use, promptly clean the coating head (especially the flip-type blade head and wire rod) to maintain accuracy and prevent sample residue.
• Do not use sharp or hard objects to scratch the aluminum alloy base plate to preserve its flatness.
• It is recommended to use the equipment within the specified range of applicable materials to achieve better coating results.
