Product Features
1. Utilizing variable frequency speed control technology, the speed range is 0-3000 rpm, enabling precise control of the dispersion process.
2. Equipped with a 350 mm stirring rod and a dispersion disc with a diameter of ø100 mm, ensuring uniform mixing of materials.
3. Supports manual height adjustment from 25-420 mm to accommodate containers of different depths.
4. Compact overall dimensions (490*420*830 mm) and light weight (28 kg) ensure flexible and convenient mobility and operation.
5. Compatible with AC220V/50HZ voltage and a power of 1.1 KW, suitable for standard working environments.
Working principle
The disperser drives the stirring rod and dispersion disc to rotate at high speed via an electric motor, achieving stepless speed regulation from 0 to 3000 rpm under the control of a frequency converter. During rotation, the dispersion disc generates intense shearing, impact, and dispersing effects on the material, refining the particles and ensuring uniform mixing. Users can adjust the height of the dispersion disc within the container through a manual lifting mechanism to accommodate different process requirements.
Application Field
Coatings, Inks
Complies with standards
AC220V/50HZ
Operating Steps
1. Place the device on a stable work surface and connect it to an AC220V power source.
2. Adjust the dispersing disc to an appropriate height (within the range of 25–420 mm) using the manual lifting mechanism, based on the container depth.
3. Place the material to be dispersed into the container, ensuring the dispersing disc is immersed below the liquid surface of the material.
4. Start the device and gradually adjust the speed from low to the desired level (up to 3000 rpm) using the frequency converter knob.
5. After dispersion is complete, first reduce the speed to the minimum, then turn off the power.
6. Raise the dispersing disc and perform cleaning and maintenance on the device.
Precautions
• Before use, ensure the power supply voltage is AC220V/50Hz and reliably grounded.
• The equipment should be placed on a stable and sturdy surface to prevent shaking during operation.
• When adjusting height or operating, pay attention to safety to avoid pinching or contact with moving parts.
• Start at a low speed to prevent material splashing.
• Do not exceed the rated maximum power (1.1 kW) or maximum speed (3000 rpm) of the equipment.
• Regularly inspect the tightness of all components and perform cleaning and maintenance.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal electrical components of the equipment.
