The Yaku YKFS-1.5D variable frequency series disperser is a device suitable for dispersing and mixing operations of small and medium-sized batches of materials. It features a 1.5KW motor, supports variable frequency speed regulation from 0 to 1500 rpm for precise operation; the entire machine has a height of 1000mm, supports manual lifting with a 450mm stroke to accommodate different containers; and is designed with a lightweight structure of 32Kg for easy mobility.

Working Principle
The disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed via a motor, which in turn causes the dispersion disk installed at the end of the shaft to perform high-speed shearing, impact, and friction within the material. This achieves rapid dispersion, mixing, and homogenization of the material. The variable frequency speed control function allows users to precisely adjust the rotational speed based on the material characteristics and process requirements.

Dispersion and mixing operations for small to medium batches of materials.
Operating steps
1. Place the device on a stable work surface and connect it to an AC220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Adjust the dispersion shaft to a suitable position using the manual lifting mechanism, based on the container height.
3. Place the material to be processed (processing capacity ≤ 50L, considering the viscosity of the material) into the container.
4. Start the device and gradually adjust the speed from low to the desired level (within the range of 0-1500rpm) using the variable frequency speed controller.
5. During the dispersion process, fine-tune the position of the dispersion disc in the material at any time using the manual lifting mechanism.
6. After completing the operation, first reduce the speed to the minimum, then turn off the power.
7. Clean the dispersion shaft and dispersion disc.
Precautions
• Before use, ensure the device is connected to the correct AC220V/50Hz power supply.
• The actual processing capacity should not exceed 50L and should be reasonably adjusted based on the viscosity of the material.
• During device operation, do not insert hands or other foreign objects near the rotating parts.
• When adjusting the lifting mechanism, operate the hand crank smoothly.
• During cleaning, pay attention to the maintenance of the 304 stainless steel components.
• When moving the device, ensure safety to avoid tipping or collisions.
