Product Overview
The YKFS-2.2D Disperser (Variable Frequency Series) is a stable and easy-to-operate dispersing device, suitable for dispersing and mixing various materials. It features a variable frequency speed control design, with adjustable speed ranging from 0 to 1400 rpm, allowing precise adaptation to the processing requirements of materials with different viscosities. The actual mixing capacity is ≤100L (subject to changes based on material viscosity). Equipped with a motor with a maximum power of 2.2KW, the device operates at a default voltage of AC220V/50HZ and can be optionally configured for 380V to suit different usage scenarios. It is paired with a dispersing shaft of ø20mm diameter and 600mm length, along with a ø150mm 304 stainless steel dispersing disc, offering excellent corrosion resistance and dispersing performance to ensure material processing quality. The body design balances practicality and flexibility, with an overall height of 1350mm and a weight of 50Kg, making it easy to move and position. It employs a hand-crank lifting mechanism for effortless operation, accommodates material buckets with a maximum size of ≤600*600mm, and supports customization, further expanding its range of applications.

Working Principle
The disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed through a motor, which in turn drives the 304 stainless steel dispersion disc installed at the end of the shaft to operate at high speed within the material. During rotation, the dispersion disc generates strong shearing, impact, and dispersion effects on the material, thereby achieving uniform mixing, dispersion, and refinement of the material. Its variable frequency speed regulation function allows users to precisely adjust the rotational speed based on the viscosity of the material to achieve the optimal dispersion effect.
Application Field
Dispersion treatment of materials in the chemical, coatings, building materials, and other industries.
Operating Procedures
1. Place the equipment on a stable, level surface to ensure firmness.
2. Based on the viscosity of the material, preset or adjust the required speed using the frequency converter.
3. Position the material bucket (size ≤ 600*600 mm) under the dispersing disc.
4. Slowly lower the dispersing disc into the material bucket to an appropriate working depth using the manual lifting mechanism.
5. Start the equipment to begin the dispersion process.
6. After the operation is complete, stop the equipment first, then raise the dispersing disc using the manual lifting mechanism.
7. Remove the material bucket and clean the equipment.
Precautions
• Before use, ensure that the power supply voltage matches the motor's rated voltage (AC220V/50HZ or optional 380V).
• The actual mixing capacity (≤100L) should be adjusted according to the viscosity of the material to avoid overloading.
• Ensure that the size of the material barrel does not exceed the maximum specified size (≤600*600mm). Customization is required for larger sizes.
• When operating the manual lifting mechanism, do so smoothly and slowly to avoid rapid lifting or lowering.
• Do not place hands or any objects near the rotating dispersion disc while the equipment is in operation.
• Regularly check the tightness of components such as the dispersion shaft and dispersion disc to ensure secure connections.
• When the equipment is not in use, disconnect the power supply and keep it clean and dry.
