The equipment supports variable frequency speed adjustment from 0 to 3000rpm, with a processing capacity of ≤100L. It can accommodate buckets with a maximum size of ≤600*600mm and supports customization. The machine is equipped with a 304 stainless steel dispersion disc and a manual lifting structure, featuring lightweight and easy placement, durable materials, and precise speed control. It is capable of meeting the dispersion requirements of materials with varying viscosities.
Product Features
1. Supports a wide range of variable frequency speed regulation from 0 to 3000 rpm, with precise speed control.
2. Equipped with a 304 stainless steel dispersion disc for durable material.
3. Features a hand-crank lifting structure for convenient operation.
4. The entire machine is lightweight, making it easy to place and move.
5. Compatible with buckets ≤600*600mm and supports customization for flexible application.
6. Adapts to AC220V/50HZ voltage, with an optional 380V configuration for strong adaptability.
Working Principle
The disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed through a motor, which in turn causes the 304 stainless steel dispersion disc installed at the shaft end to operate at high speed within the material. The high-speed shearing action of the dispersion disc effectively breaks up and mixes solid particles in the material, ensuring their uniform dispersion in the liquid medium. Through the frequency converter, stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 3000 rpm is achieved, allowing users to precisely control the rotational speed based on the viscosity of the material and the requirements of the dispersion process, thereby attaining the desired dispersion effect.
Application Area
Material dispersion, mixing, and homogenization processes in industries such as chemicals, coatings, inks, adhesives, cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals.
Compliant with standards
The data does not mention specific compliance standards.
Operating procedures
1. Place the equipment on a stable workbench and ensure that the power supply voltage matches the device requirements.
2. Adjust the equipment position according to the size of the material bucket to ensure the dispersion shaft aligns with the center of the bucket.
3. Use the manual lifting mechanism to adjust the dispersion disc to a suitable height inside the bucket.
4. Pour the material to be dispersed into the bucket, ensuring the quantity does not exceed the maximum processing capacity of the equipment (≤100L).
5. Turn on the power supply and set the desired rotation speed (0-3000 rpm) using the frequency converter speed regulator.
6. Begin the dispersion process. During operation, fine-tune the rotation speed or adjust the height of the dispersion disc as needed.
7. After dispersion is complete, turn off the power, raise the dispersion disc, and proceed with material removal and equipment cleaning.
Precautions
• Before use, please confirm that the power supply voltage (AC220V/50HZ or optional 380V) matches the equipment requirements.
• The equipment should be placed on a stable and sturdy surface to ensure stable operation.
• The material processing volume should not exceed 100L, and the actual capacity is affected by the viscosity of the material.
• The maximum size of the compatible material barrel is ≤600*600mm. Custom sizes are available upon request.
• During operation, do not place hands or any foreign objects under the rotating dispersion disc.
• Regularly check the tightness of components such as the dispersion disc and dispersion shaft to ensure safety.
• When cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the electrical or mechanical components of the equipment.
