Working Principle
The disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed through a motor, which in turn causes the 304 stainless steel dispersion disc installed at the shaft end to operate at high speed within the material. The high-speed shearing action of the dispersion disc effectively breaks up and mixes solid particles in the material, ensuring their uniform dispersion in the liquid medium. Through the frequency converter, stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 3000 rpm is achieved, allowing users to precisely control the rotational speed based on the viscosity of the material and the requirements of the dispersion process, thereby attaining the desired dispersion effect.

Operating procedures
