Working principle
The disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed through a motor, which in turn drives the dispersion disc to perform intense shearing, impact, and dispersion on the material. Users can continuously adjust the motor speed (0-500 rpm) via a frequency converter to match the dispersion requirements of materials with different viscosities. The electric lifting mechanism allows for precise adjustment of the working height of the dispersion disc in the container, ensuring uniform mixing of the material and achieving efficient dispersion.

Operating Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable workbench and connect it to an AC220V/50HZ power source.
2. Adjust the dispersion disc to a suitable height position (25-420mm) using the electric lifting function, based on the container height.
3. Place the material to be processed (≤25L) into the container, ensuring that the inner diameter of the container base (330mm) matches the equipment.
4. Start the equipment, and gradually adjust the speed from low to the desired value (0-500rpm) using the inverter on the control panel.
5. During the dispersion process, fine-tune the height of the dispersion disc as needed to achieve the optimal dispersion effect.
6. After dispersion is complete, first reduce the speed to the minimum, then turn off the power.
7. Use the electric lifting function to raise the dispersion disc for cleaning and maintenance.
