Working Principle
The disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed through an electric motor, which in turn rotates the dispersion disc installed at the end of the shaft within the material. The high-speed shearing action of the dispersion disc breaks up, mixes, and homogenizes the material particles, achieving efficient dispersion. Its variable frequency speed control function allows precise adjustment of the rotation speed to meet the dispersion requirements of different materials.

Operating steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable work surface and connect it to an AC220V power supply.
2. Set the required rotation speed via the control panel based on the characteristics of the material.
3. Position the container with the material below the dispersion disk, and adjust the dispersion disk to the appropriate working depth using the lifting mechanism.
4. Start the equipment to begin the dispersion operation.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the power, raise the dispersion disk, and clean and maintain the equipment.

• Please ensure the working voltage is AC220V/50HZ and connect a reliable ground wire.
• Do not place hands or other foreign objects near rotating parts while the equipment is in operation.
• Select an appropriate speed based on the material characteristics to avoid prolonged overload operation.
