Product Overview
The Yaku YKFS-1.1 Explosion-Proof Series Disperser is a device suitable for small to medium-sized material dispersion operations requiring explosion-proof capabilities. It operates on an AC220V/50HZ power supply, equipped with a 1.1KW maximum power motor, supports variable frequency speed regulation from 0-3000rpm, and is compatible with material processing capacities of ≤40L (actual mixing volume depends on material viscosity). The device features a hand-crank lifting mechanism, accommodating material containers with maximum dimensions of 400mm in diameter and 450mm in height. Both the dispersion shaft and dispersion disc are made of 304 stainless steel.
Product Features
1. Equipped with explosion-proof characteristics, suitable for work environments with explosion-proof requirements.
2. Features a wide-range variable frequency speed adjustment of 0-3000rpm to meet different process needs.
3. Equipped with a manual lifting device for easy adjustment of the dispersion disc height.
4. Both the dispersion shaft and dispersion disc are made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel.
5. The entire machine has a compact structure, weighs 35kg, and is easy to move and install.
Working principle
This disperser drives the dispersion shaft to rotate at high speed via a motor, which in turn rotates the dispersion disc installed at the end of the shaft, subjecting the material to intense shearing, impact, and dispersion. Users can adjust the motor speed (0-3000 rpm) through a frequency converter to accommodate the processing needs of materials with different viscosities. A hand-crank lifting device allows for adjusting the depth of the dispersion disc inside the material tank, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing and dispersion of the material.

Operating Procedure
1. Place the equipment on a stable workbench and connect it to an AC220V/50HZ power supply.
2. Select a suitable material bucket (maximum diameter 400mm, height 450mm) based on the material processing capacity (≤40L) and viscosity, and position it in place.
3. Use the manual lifting device to adjust the dispersion disc to an appropriate starting height inside the material bucket.
4. Start the equipment and gradually increase the speed from low (e.g., 0rpm) to the desired working speed (up to 3000rpm) using the frequency converter.
5. During the dispersion process, fine-tune the depth of the dispersion disc as needed to ensure optimal dispersion results.
6. After completing the dispersion operation, reduce the speed to the minimum before turning off the power.
7. Raise the dispersion disc, remove the material bucket, and clean and maintain the equipment.
Precautions
* Please ensure the equipment is used in an environment that meets its explosion-proof rating requirements.
* The equipment must be connected to an AC220V/50HZ power supply that meets the specifications.
* The material processing capacity must not exceed ≤40L, and the actual capacity is affected by the viscosity of the material.
* Do not use material buckets exceeding the specified maximum dimensions (diameter 400mm, height 450mm).
* When starting, gradually increase the rotation speed from low to high to avoid direct high-speed startup, which may cause impact on the material and equipment.
* When raising, lowering, or adjusting the dispersion disc, ensure the equipment is powered off or in a completely stopped state to prevent accidents.
* Regularly check the tightness and wear condition of components such as the dispersion shaft and dispersion disc.
* Always disconnect the power supply when cleaning and maintaining the equipment.
