Working Principle
This balance employs an electromagnetic force balance sensor for weighing measurements. Based on the principle of balancing the electromagnetic force with the gravitational force of the object being measured, it converts weight signals into electrical signals, which are then processed to display the weight value. Its built-in non-magnetic weights and fully automatic timed calibration system ensure measurement accuracy and stability.
Application Fields
Suitable for customer groups with high requirements for efficiency, precision, and compliance, as well as fields such as laboratories, industrial quality control, and research and development.
Complies with standards
Equipped with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) functionality.
Operating steps
1. Power on and preheat.
2. Set parameters (such as display speed, internal calibration time, baud rate, etc.) via the menu according to requirements.
3. Perform fully automatic timed internal calibration or one-click calibration.
4. Place the sample for weighing.
5. Use functions such as tare, zero reset, and unit conversion.
6. Connect to external devices via the RS232 interface for data output or printing.
Precautions
* Before use, ensure the balance is placed on a stable, level surface.
* Be mindful of wind protection; minimize airflow effects when opening side doors.
* Perform internal calibration regularly to ensure accuracy.
* Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the sensor.
* Keep the weighing pan clean to avoid sample residue affecting measurements.
* When connecting external devices, ensure communication parameters such as baud rate are correctly configured.
* Pay attention to the operating environment temperature of the device and make full use of its temperature compensation function.
