Working principle
This balance operates based on the principle of an electromagnetic force balance sensor. During weighing, the sensor generates an electromagnetic force that counterbalances the gravitational force of the object being measured. By precisely measuring the magnitude of this electromagnetic force, the mass of the object is accurately determined. Its intelligent system supports fully automatic periodic internal calibration, ensuring long-term accuracy and stability of measurement results.
Application Field
Suitable for fields requiring precise weighing, such as laboratories, research and development institutions, and quality control departments with high demands for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Complies with standards
Supports GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
Operating Steps
1. Power on and warm up.
2. Perform automatic or manual internal calibration as needed.
3. Place the sample on the weighing pan.
4. Read or record the measurement result once the reading stabilizes.
5. Use functions such as tare, zero, and unit conversion.
6. Connect external devices via the RS232 interface for data output.
Precautions
• Place the balance on a stable, vibration-free, and level surface without strong airflow interference.
• Avoid using it in environments with strong static electricity, or ensure that the anti-static glass is effective.
• When opening the side door, be mindful of the protective role of the wind ring and minimize airflow disturbance.
• When making external connections (e.g., to a printer or computer), ensure that parameters such as the communication baud rate are correctly set.
• Pay attention to the weighing range of the balance to avoid overload or underload.
• Perform regular internal calibration to ensure accuracy and follow relevant GLP specifications for data recording and management.
