Working Principle
This balance employs electromagnetic force balance sensor technology. When an object is placed on the weighing pan, the sensor generates a current proportional to the gravitational force of the measured object, restoring the pan to equilibrium through electromagnetic force, thereby accurately determining the mass of the object.
Application Fields
Suitable for fields such as analysis, research and development, quality control, etc., which require high efficiency, precision, and compliance.
Compliant with standards
Supports GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
Operating Steps
1. Power on and preheat.
2. Perform fully automatic timed internal calibration or one-key calibration as needed.
3. Place the item to be weighed on the hollowed-out starry weighing pan.
4. Read or record the data after the reading stabilizes.
5. Functions such as tare, zero reset, and unit conversion can be used.
6. Data output can be achieved by connecting external devices via the RS232 interface.
Precautions
• Calibration is required before use to ensure accuracy.
• Place on a stable, vibration-free surface to avoid airflow interference.
• Close the draft shield during weighing to minimize environmental impact.
• Pay attention to the weighing range and avoid overloading.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance to keep the equipment in good condition.
• When connecting to external devices, ensure communication parameters such as baud rate are set correctly.
