Working Principle
This balance uses an electromagnetic force balance sensor, achieving precise weighing through the principle of balancing electromagnetic force with the gravitational force of the object being measured. It features a built-in fully automatic timed calibration system, which utilizes internal non-magnetic calibration weights to ensure measurement accuracy and stability.
Application Fields
For laboratories, research and development, quality control, and other fields with high demands for efficiency, precision, and compliance.
Complies with the standard
Supports GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
Operation Steps
1. Power on and warm up.
2. Set functional parameters such as internal calibration time, display speed, stability, and baud rate according to requirements.
3. Perform fully automatic timed internal calibration or one-key calibration.
4. Place the object to be measured on the weighing pan for weighing.
5. Use functions such as tare, zeroing, and unit conversion.
6. Connect external devices via the RS232 interface for data printing or transmission.
Precautions
• Preheating is required before use.
• Ensure the balance is level and stable during calibration.
• Be mindful of wind protection to reduce the impact of airflow on weighing results.
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the sensor.
• Perform regular maintenance to keep the weighing pan and wind ring clean.
• When connecting external devices, ensure communication parameters such as baud rate are correctly set.
