Working Principle
The furnace temperature tracker collects real-time temperature data inside the furnace by connecting to a K-type thermocouple and stores the data in its built-in memory at a set acquisition rate (ranging from 1 second to 3600 seconds). The instrument supports activation via button press, delay, or temperature trigger. Data is transferred to a computer via a USB interface and processed by specialized analysis software to generate temperature curves and calculate various process parameters.
Application Fields
Reflow soldering, wave soldering, curing oven, spraying line, heat treatment, electronic assembly, SMT process
Operating Steps
1. Connect the thermocouple to the corresponding channel of the instrument.
2. Place the instrument and thermocouple into the insulated box.
3. Select the startup method as needed (button, delay, or temperature activation).
4. Place the insulated box into the furnace for testing.
5. After the test is completed, connect the instrument to a computer via USB.
6. Use analysis software to download and analyze the data.
Precautions
• Ensure the thermocouple is correctly and securely connected.
• The instrument body is resistant to temperatures up to 100°C. The matching thermal insulation box must be used during testing.
• The thermal insulation box can operate continuously for 1 hour at 500°C and for 2 hours at 300°C.
• Ensure the computer recognizes the USB device before downloading data.
• The instrument uses a high-temperature explosion-proof lithium battery. Do not disassemble or replace it without authorization.
• It is recommended to perform standard voltage calibration before use to ensure accuracy.
