Product Overview
Huinuo TM2000pro/06 Automatic Coating Machine is a laboratory instrument designed for preparing uniform coating film samples, suitable for sample preparation in fields such as coatings, inks, adhesives, and more. It can automatically complete the coating process through preset programs, improving the consistency of coating films and experimental efficiency.
Product Features
1. Automated operation reduces human error and ensures coating uniformity.
2. Pre-set parameters such as coating speed and thickness make operation simple and convenient.
3. Suitable for various substrates and liquid samples, offering a wide range of applications.
4. Compact structure makes it ideal for use in laboratory environments.
Working Principle
This device drives the applicator (such as a blade or wire-wound rod) through a precision mechanical transmission system, moving it at a constant speed and pressure across the substrate surface to evenly spread the liquid material to be tested, forming a wet film of a specific thickness. Subsequently, the sample can be dried naturally or forcibly to create the coated film required for testing.
Application Fields
Coating research and quality control, ink performance testing, adhesive preparation, paper surface treatment, laboratory sample preparation.
Complies with standards
ASTM D823、ISO 1514
Operating Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable workbench and connect it to the power supply.
2. Select and install a suitable applicator (such as a blade or wire-wound rod).
3. Fix the substrate flatly onto the base plate of the coating machine.
4. Place an appropriate amount of the sample to be tested at the front end of the substrate.
5. Set parameters such as coating speed and thickness via the control panel.
6. Start the instrument to automatically complete the coating process.
7. After coating, carefully remove the substrate with the wet film for subsequent drying or testing.
Precautions
• Ensure the device is placed horizontally before use to guarantee uniform film coating.
• Select an appropriate applicator based on sample viscosity and desired film thickness.
• Do not place hands or other objects under moving parts during operation.
• Clean the applicator and substrate promptly after each use to prevent sample residue from curing.
• Disconnect the power supply and provide dust protection when the device is not in use for an extended period.
