Working Principle
The instrument employs a halogen lamp as the heat source to rapidly heat the sample and evaporate moisture. Simultaneously, the built-in high-precision sensor monitors the weight changes of the sample in real-time. By calculating the weight difference before and after heating, it accurately determines the moisture content or dry residue of the sample in percentage form.
Operating Procedure
1. Turn on the power and preheat.
2. Set the heating temperature and time parameters as needed.
3. Place the sample on the sample tray inside the instrument's heating chamber.
4. Start the test; the instrument will automatically heat and measure.
5. After the test is completed, the display will directly show the moisture content or the percentage of dry residue.
6. The instrument can store and review multiple sets of drying process data.
Precautions
• Please use the instrument correctly according to the operating instructions.
• When setting heating parameters, select appropriate temperature and time based on sample characteristics to avoid overheating.
• Ensure uniform placement of samples for more accurate measurement results.
• The instrument casing is made of cast aluminum, and the heating chamber is constructed of multi-layer stainless steel, but caution should still be taken to avoid burns from high temperatures.
• Optional accessories (such as aluminum boxes, printers, and crushers) must be purchased separately.
