2. Complies with National Standard Measurement: The instrument meets relevant metrological standards.
3. Multi-Mode Display Without App: Switch between multiple color spaces via the multifunctional knob on the device, no need to connect to a mobile app.
4. Instant Sensing, No Waiting: Measurement speed as fast as 0.3 seconds.
5. Automatic Calibration for Reliable Performance: Uses a new composite material calibration whiteboard with a reflectivity of up to 92%, ensuring stable performance without discoloration.
6. Repeatability △≤0.05: Stable measurement data with excellent consistency in repeated results.
Working principle
This colorimeter is based on a 45°/0° (45-degree annular illumination, 0-degree reception) geometric optical structure for measurement, which closely aligns with the way the human eye perceives color. The instrument analyzes spectral information in the 400-700nm wavelength range reflected from the surface of objects and calculates and outputs color data under different lighting conditions.
Application field
Printed materials, automotive interior components, textiles, coil coatings, plastic products, road traffic signs
Complies with standards
National Standard Measurement
Operating Procedure
1. Power on and perform automatic calibration.
2. Aim the instrument's measurement port at the surface of the sample to be tested.
3. Press the measurement key to take a measurement, which can be completed in as fast as 0.3 seconds.
4. By rotating the multifunction knob on the device, you can switch between and view measurement results in different color spaces on the instrument's screen.
Precautions
• Ensure that the instrument has been calibrated before measurement.
• Keep the measurement port in close contact with the sample surface to avoid light leakage affecting results.
• Please use the matching calibration whiteboard with stable reflectivity for calibration.
• Avoid using the instrument in environments with strong electromagnetic interference or extreme temperature and humidity.
• Regularly clean the instrument lens and calibration whiteboard to prevent dust or stains from affecting measurement accuracy.
