7. Employs active airflow technology to achieve rapid recovery and strict environmental consistency.
8. Features a 4.3-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen for intuitive operation, displaying and exporting historical operational data.
9. Includes multiple safety features such as over-temperature protection, power failure protection, over-current protection, and audible/visual alarms.
Working Principle
This incubator provides a uniform and stable temperature environment for the chamber through a six-sided heating system. A built-in fan assists in air circulation, ensuring that filtered humid air is gently distributed throughout the chamber, maintaining consistent conditions at all locations. The CO2 concentration is accurately monitored and controlled by an infrared sensor. Humidity is maintained through evaporation from a stainless steel water pan. Users can set and monitor various parameters via a touchscreen, and the system is equipped with data logging and safety protection functions.
Application Areas
Biotechnology field, Food science field, Animal husbandry field, Agriculture field, Scientific research and education field
Operating Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device's power switch.
2. Set the desired temperature, CO2 concentration, humidity, and other parameters via the 4.3-inch LCD touch screen.
3. Add sterile water to the 304 stainless steel water tray as needed to maintain humidity.
4. Place the cultures on the flexibly combinable trays and close the chamber door.
5. The device begins operation, with the built-in fan and heating system working to establish and maintain the set environment.
6. Monitor the real-time operating status and historical curves via the touch screen, or export data through the USB interface.
7. After use, clean the device by performing a dry heat sterilization program at 90°C or 140°C as needed.
Precautions
• Ensure the device is placed in a stable and well-ventilated environment before use.
• Remove all heat-sensitive items before performing high-temperature sterilization.
• Regularly inspect and clean the humidity tray to prevent contamination.
• Pay attention to safety alarms during operation and address any abnormalities promptly.
• Historical data is read-only and cannot be modified. Please securely store exported data files.
• When cleaning the workspace, use appropriate cleaning agents to avoid damaging the 304 stainless steel surface.
