The Haibao Instrument HDE-500+HF-2 Electric Single-Column Tensile Testing Machine adopts a dual-guide rod structure and motor drive. It is suitable for tensile and compressive load testing, insertion and extraction force testing, destructive testing, and other applications for various products. It offers a range of practical functions such as automatic stop upon breakage, force value retention, force application limitation, and fatigue testing. Working Principle
The testing machine is driven by a motor, which moves the crossbeam via a dual-guide rod structure to apply tensile or compressive forces to the specimen. The system monitors the force values in real-time through sensors and controls the process based on preset parameters such as test mode, speed, and force value, enabling automated testing, data acquisition, and processing.

Operation Steps
1. Connect the device to a computer (e.g., using the host computer software).
2. Based on testing requirements, set the test mode, speed, force value, holding time, reciprocating motion parameters, etc., in the operation interface or host computer software.
3. Install and secure the sample in the fixture.
4. Start the test, and the device will operate according to the set program.
5. During or after the test, real-time data, curves, and results can be viewed on the screen or through the software.
6. Test data can be stored, queried, exported, or used to generate reports.
Precautions
* Ensure the equipment is properly grounded before operation and check the leakage protection device.
* Use the limit protection device to prevent the crossbeam from exceeding its travel range.
* Ensure the sample is securely clamped to prevent it from falling off during the test.
* Set test parameters reasonably based on sample characteristics to avoid overloading and damaging the equipment or sample.
* Regularly maintain and calibrate the equipment to ensure testing accuracy.
