Working principle
This product utilizes a high-precision electromagnetic force balance sensor for measurement, accurately determining mass through the balance between electromagnetic force and the gravitational force of the object.
Application Field
Suitable for a variety of environments and fields.
Operating steps
1. Place the balance on a stable workbench.
2. Connect the power supply and allow it to warm up.
3. Adjust the weighing speed (fast, medium, slow) and sensitivity via the menu as needed.
4. Place the item to be weighed on the weighing pan and wait for the reading to stabilize (approximately 2 seconds).
5. If taring is required, press the "Tare" key to zero the display after placing the item.
6. After weighing is completed, data can be output to external devices via the RS-232 interface.
Precautions
• Place the balance on a stable, vibration-free workbench for use.
• Avoid using in environments with direct sunlight, strong air currents, or significant temperature fluctuations.
• Ensure the balance is fully warmed up before weighing.
• Do not exceed the maximum weighing capacity of the balance to avoid overload damage.
• Keep the weighing pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
• In case of overload, underload, or other fault alarms, check and resolve the issue according to the prompts.
• When connecting external devices, ensure the interfaces are compatible and the communication parameters are correctly set.
