Working Principle
The product utilizes a high-precision electromagnetic force balance sensor for measurement, achieving fast and accurate weighing by balancing the electromagnetic force with the gravitational force of the object being measured.
Application Fields
Suitable for various environments and fields.
Operating Steps
1. Place the balance on a stable workbench.
2. Connect the power supply and turn it on for preheating.
3. Based on weighing requirements, set the weighing speed (fast, medium, slow) and sensitivity through the menu.
4. After the display stabilizes and returns to zero, gently place the item to be weighed on the weighing pan.
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize (approximately 2 seconds) before recording the measurement result.
6. If taring is required, press the "Tare" key after placing the container to reset to zero, then add the sample for weighing.
7. After use, turn off the power and clean the weighing pan.
Precautions
• Place the balance on a stable, vibration-free workbench away from drafts and heat sources.
• Allow sufficient warm-up time after turning on to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Handle items gently during weighing to avoid impacting the weighing pan.
• Do not exceed the maximum weighing capacity of the balance to prevent sensor damage.
• Keep the weighing pan clean to avoid sample spillage that may corrode the balance body.
• If overload, underload, or other fault alarms occur, check and resolve the issue according to the prompts before use.
• When connecting external devices (such as printers or computers), ensure the correct interface and settings are used.
• Disconnect the power supply when the balance is not in use for an extended period.
