Working principle
This product utilizes a high-precision electromagnetic force balance sensor for measurement, accurately determining mass through the balance between electromagnetic force and the gravitational force of the object.
Application Field
Suitable for various environments and fields.
Operating Steps
1. Place the balance on a stable workbench.
2. Connect to the power supply and allow it to warm up.
3. Adjust the weighing speed (fast, medium, slow) and sensitivity as needed via the menu.
4. Perform calibration (refer to the user manual for specific calibration steps).
5. Place the item to be weighed on the weighing pan and wait for the reading to stabilize (approximately 2 seconds).
6. Use functions such as tare and zero to complete the weighing.
7. Data can be transmitted via the RS-232 interface to connect with a printer or computer.
Precautions
• Please place the balance in a stable, vibration-free working environment.
• Avoid using it in direct sunlight, strong air currents, or environments with drastic temperature fluctuations.
• Ensure the balance is fully warmed up before weighing.
• Do not exceed the maximum weighing range to avoid damaging the sensor.
• Keep the weighing pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
• When using external devices (such as printers, computers), ensure proper connections.
• If overload, underload, or other fault alarms occur, check and resolve the issue according to the prompts.
• Perform regular calibration to ensure weighing accuracy.
