Working principle
This electronic balance operates using a high-precision electromagnetic force balance sensor. When an object is placed on the weighing pan, the sensor generates an electromagnetic force to counterbalance the gravitational force of the object. The mass of the object is precisely determined by measuring the magnitude of this electromagnetic force.
Application areas
Suitable for various environments and fields.
Operating Steps
1. Place the balance on a stable workbench.
2. Connect the power supply and allow it to warm up.
3. Adjust the weighing speed (fast, medium, slow) and sensitivity as needed via the menu or buttons.
4. Gently place the object to be weighed at the center of the weighing pan.
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize (approximately 2 seconds) and then record the result.
6. If taring is required, press the "Tare" button to zero the display after placing the container.
7. After use, turn off the power and clean the weighing pan.
Precautions
• Place the balance on a stable, vibration-free workbench away from air currents and heat sources for use.
• Avoid prolonged operation under overload or underload conditions.
• Prevent moisture and avoid direct contact of liquids or corrosive substances with the weighing body.
• Allow the balance to warm up before use to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Perform regular calibration and maintenance.
• When connecting external devices (such as printers or computers), ensure that the interfaces match and communication parameters are correctly configured.
