Working Principle
This product utilizes a high-precision electromagnetic force balance sensor for weighing, accurately measuring mass based on the principle of balancing the electromagnetic force with the gravitational force of the object being measured.
Application Fields
Suitable for a variety of environments and fields.
Operating procedures
1. Place the balance on a stable workbench.
2. Turn on the power and allow it to warm up.
3. Set the weighing speed (fast, medium, slow) and other parameters as needed via the menu or buttons.
4. Gently place the item to be weighed on the weighing pan.
5. Wait for the reading to stabilize (approximately 2 seconds) before reading the measurement result.
6. If taring is required, press the "Tare" key after placing the container.
7. After use, turn off the power and clean the weighing pan.
Precautions
• Please place the balance on a stable, vibration-free workbench for use.
• Avoid using it in environments with direct sunlight, strong air currents, or drastic temperature fluctuations.
• Handle weighing items gently and avoid impacting the weighing pan.
• Do not exceed the maximum weighing capacity of the balance to prevent sensor damage from overload.
• Keep the weighing pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
• Perform regular calibration to ensure weighing accuracy.
• If overload, underload, or other fault alarms occur, check and troubleshoot the issue according to the prompts.
