Working principle
This product utilizes a high-precision electromagnetic force balance sensor for measurement, accurately determining mass through the principle of balancing the electromagnetic force with the gravitational force of the object being measured.
Application Fields
Suitable for various environments and fields.
Operating Procedure
1. Place the balance on a stable workbench.
2. Connect the power supply and turn it on to preheat.
3. Adjust the weighing speed (fast, medium, slow) and sensitivity via the menu as needed.
4. Perform calibration (if required).
5. Place the item to be weighed, wait for the reading to stabilize, and record the result.
6. The tare function can be used.
7. After weighing is complete, turn off the power.
Precautions
• Place the balance on a stable, vibration-free workbench for use.
• Avoid using in environments with direct sunlight, airflow, or strong electromagnetic interference.
• Ensure the balance is adequately preheated before weighing.
• Do not exceed the maximum weighing capacity of the balance to prevent sensor damage from overload.
• Keep the weighing pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances.
• When using the RS-232 interface to connect external devices, ensure the connection is correct.
• In case of a fault alarm, check according to the prompt or contact a professional.
