Working Principle
This product employs a high-precision electromagnetic force balance sensor for measurement. When an object is placed on the weighing pan, the sensor generates an electromagnetic force to balance the gravitational force of the object, and the force signal is converted into precise digital weight readings through internal circuitry.
Application Fields
Suitable for various environments and fields.

Operating Procedures
1. Place the balance on a stable, vibration-free surface.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the device for warm-up.
3. Based on weighing requirements, select the weighing speed (fast, medium, slow) and sensitivity via the menu or buttons.
4. Perform tare or zeroing operation.
5. Gently place the item to be weighed in the center of the weighing pan for measurement.
6. Read the stabilized weight data.
7. If external devices (such as a printer or computer) need to be connected, use the RS-232 interface for connection and data transmission.
Precautions
• Place the balance on a stable, vibration-free surface without strong airflow interference.
• Avoid using in environments with high temperature, high humidity, or corrosive gases.
• Handle items gently during weighing to avoid impacting the weighing pan.
• Do not exceed the maximum weighing capacity of the balance to prevent sensor damage from overload.
• Perform regular calibration to ensure weighing accuracy.
• Keep the weighing pan clean to avoid residue that may affect measurements.
• If overload, underload, or other fault alarms occur, promptly inspect and resolve the issue.
• When connecting external devices, ensure interface compatibility and correctly set communication parameters.
