Working Principle
The viscometer drives a rotor to rotate in the fluid via a motor, and the viscous resistance experienced by the rotor is proportional to the fluid's viscosity. The sensor inside the instrument converts the resistance into an electrical signal, which is then processed by a high-speed chip processor. Finally, the viscosity value, temperature, and change curve are displayed in real-time on the screen.

Ink, glue, latex, solvent-based adhesives, paints and coatings, petroleum, cosmetics, dairy products, fruit juices, pastes, solder paste, red adhesive.
Operating Steps
1. Install and select an appropriate rotor.
2. Place the sample into the measuring container.
3. Immerse the rotor into the sample up to the specified marking.
4. Turn on the instrument power and set the measurement parameters (such as rotational speed) via the color touchscreen interface.
5. Start the measurement; the instrument will operate automatically and display viscosity and temperature data in real time.
6. After the measurement is completed, data can be stored in the instrument or output via an interface connected to a printer or computer.
Precautions
• Ensure the instrument is placed horizontally before use.
• Select the appropriate rotor and speed combination based on the sample's viscosity range.
• The rotor immersion depth must be accurate, avoiding contact with the container walls and bottom.
• When measuring non-Newtonian fluids, it is recommended to use the timing function to obtain consistent data.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument using standard fluids to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Clean the rotor gently to avoid damaging its surface or shape.
• Optional dedicated temperature-controlled baths are available for precise viscosity measurements at constant temperatures.
