Overview
YIHENG BPG-9050BH high temperature blast drying oven is a ceramic fiber laboratory blast drying oven. Temperature range is RT + 20~ 400 ℃, liner size is 350 × 350 × 400mm, Power is 4050W.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean the box.
2. Adopt the new P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller to quickly reach the set value and operate more accurately and stably.
3. The door seal is made of ceramic fiber, which can operate at high temperature for a long time and has a long service life.
4. 7 groups of 63 steps can be preset, 9 steps per group, and the setting time of each group is 0~ 5999 minutes. The startup and shutdown time can be preset, and the rotation speed of the circulating fan can be adjusted.
5. Multi-stage programmable control, Menu Operating interface, can simplify the complex experimental process, truly realize automatic control and operation.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it will automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
7. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The high temperature blast drying technology is adopted, and the temperature is precisely controlled by the P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller, which quickly reaches the set temperature and maintains stable operation to achieve efficient drying.
Steps
1. Preset program: 7 groups of 63-step programs can be set, each group has 9 steps, and the time is 0 to 5999 minutes.
2. Preset time: Set the boot and shutdown time.
3. Adjust the fan: Adjust the Rotation speed of the circulating fan.
4. Start operation: operate through the menu interface to achieve automatic control.

• Independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function and requires additional configuration to ensure safety.
• Printer or RS485 interface is optional and needs to be purchased separately to record temperature parameters.
• Power supply voltage AC380V 50HZ before use to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at RT + 5~ 40 ℃, beyond the range may affect performance.
