Working Principle
The device is driven by a motor, which transmits power to the emulsifying head at the end of the dispersion shaft. The emulsifying head rotates at high speed, generating strong shearing, impact, and dispersion effects on the materials in the container, thereby achieving homogenization and emulsification. Users can precisely control the speed through an electronic stepless speed regulation system to accommodate the processing needs of materials with different viscosities.

Operating Steps
1. Confirm that the equipment power supply is AC220V/50HZ, and connect the power supply.
2. Based on the viscosity of the material, estimate the processing volume (not exceeding 10L), and place the material in a suitable container.
3. Adjust the emulsifier head to an appropriate height within the material using the manual lifting mechanism.
4. Start the equipment and gradually adjust the speed from low to the desired speed (maximum 4000rpm) using the electronic speed controller.
5. During the homogenization and emulsification process, the height of the emulsifier head can be manually adjusted as needed.
6. After processing, first reduce the speed to the minimum, then turn off the power.
7. Clean the emulsifier head and dispersion shaft.
Precautions
• Ensure the power supply voltage is AC220V/50HZ and properly grounded.
• The material processing capacity should be ≤10L, and the actual capacity should be appropriately reduced based on the viscosity of the material.
• Start at a low speed and gradually increase the rotation speed to avoid sudden high-speed starts that may impact the material and equipment.
• Do not place hands or foreign objects near the rotating emulsifying head during operation.
• Hold the hand crank firmly and operate the lifting mechanism smoothly during elevation adjustments.
• Clean the equipment promptly after use, especially the 304 stainless steel emulsifying head, and keep it dry.
• Handle the equipment with care during movement to avoid collisions.
• Do not disassemble the motor or speed control components unless you are a professional.
