Product Overview
The Yaku JRH200-ST Homogenizing Emulsifier is a compact device suitable for laboratory or small-scale pilot stages. It operates on AC220V/50HZ power supply and is equipped with a 200W motor. The speed can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 200-9000 rpm. With a 260mm rotor, it is compatible with processing small batches of materials ranging from 80-500 mL (the actual mixing volume is affected by the viscosity of the material). The device supports free timing from 0 to 9999 minutes. The emulsifying head is made of 304 stainless steel, and the overall dimensions are 200*280*660 mm, making it compact and easy to store.
Product Features
1. The motor power is 200W, with a wide speed adjustment range of 200-9000rpm.
2. Equipped with a 260mm rotor, suitable for processing small batches of materials ranging from 80-500mL.
3. Supports a free timing function from 0 to 9999 minutes.
4. The emulsifying head is made of 304 stainless steel.
5. The overall machine is compact in size (200*280*660mm) and easy to store.
Working Principle
The homogenizing emulsifier drives the high-speed rotation of the emulsifying head through the motor, generating strong shear forces within the speed range of 200-9000 rpm, which disperses, mixes, and refines the materials to achieve the effect of homogenization and emulsification.
Application Field
Laboratory, small-scale testing phase
Operating Procedures
1. Confirm that the equipment power supply is AC220V/50HZ.
2. Place 80-500mL of material into a suitable container based on its viscosity.
3. Immerse the 260mm rotor into the material.
4. Set the desired speed (200-9000rpm) and timer duration (0-9999min).
5. Start the equipment for homogenization and emulsification.
6. After completion, turn off the power and clean the emulsification head.
Precautions
• The actual stirring amount is related to the viscosity of the material. Please adjust the material quantity according to the actual situation.
• Before use, ensure that the power supply voltage meets the AC220V/50HZ requirement.
• During operation, ensure that the emulsifying head is immersed in the material to avoid idling.
• The equipment should be cleaned promptly after use, especially the 304 stainless steel emulsifying head.
