Working principle
The device drives the stirring shaft to rotate at high speed via a motor, generating powerful shear forces within a speed range of 0–8000 rpm to crush, disperse, and emulsify materials. The lifting function allows the stirring head to move up and down within a 270 mm stroke, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of the materials.

Operating Steps
1. Connect the equipment to an AC220V/50HZ power supply.
2. Set an appropriate rotation speed (0-8000rpm) based on the material characteristics (such as viscosity and volume).
3. Set the desired processing time (10-9999 minutes).
4. Adjust the stirring head to a suitable height using the lifting function.
5. Start the equipment for homogenization and emulsification operations.
6. The equipment will stop automatically after the timer ends, or you can manually stop the operation.
