Product Overview
The Yaku YKFS-Vacuum model vacuum disperser is a compact and lightweight dispersing device that supports dual voltages of AC380V/AC220V. Equipped with a 1500W carbon brush motor, it allows stepless speed adjustment within the range of 0-3000rpm. Featuring a ø120mm dispersion disc, it efficiently handles materials with viscosities up to 10,000 CPS and is suitable for mixing requirements in a 12L (water-based medium) capacity. Integrated with a 2L/250W vacuum pump, the device creates a stable vacuum environment, effectively preventing bubbles during the dispersion process. It is ideal for vacuum dispersion tasks involving various small and medium-sized materials.
Product Features
1. Supports dual voltage adaptation of AC380V/AC220V, offering flexible usage.
2. Equipped with a 1500W carbon brush motor, providing powerful performance.
3. Speed is steplessly adjustable from 0 to 3000 rpm, meeting various process requirements.
4. Comes with a ø120mm dispersion disc for efficient handling of materials with viscosity up to 10000 CPS.
5. Integrated with a 2L/250W vacuum pump, capable of creating a stable vacuum environment to effectively prevent bubble formation.
6. The compact and lightweight design (height 830mm, weight 30Kg) ensures easy mobility and operation.
Working Principle
The device drives the dispersion disc to rotate at high speed via a motor, shearing, dispersing, and mixing the materials. Simultaneously, after the built-in vacuum pump is activated, it creates a stable vacuum negative pressure environment inside the mixing vessel, extracting air from the materials. This effectively prevents the generation of bubbles during the high-speed dispersion process, ensuring uniform mixing and a fine texture of the materials.
Application Field
Suitable for vacuum dispersion operations of various small and medium-sized materials.
Operating Steps
1. Select an appropriate mixing container based on the material characteristics, ensuring its capacity is suitable (it is recommended not to exceed 12L when using water as the medium).
2. Place the equipment on a stable workbench and connect the power supply (pay attention to selecting AC380V or AC220V voltage).
3. Install the ø120mm dispersion disc and immerse it into the material to be processed to the appropriate depth.
4. Start the vacuum pump to evacuate the mixing container and create the required vacuum environment.
5. Start the main motor and gradually adjust the speed from low to the required process speed (up to 3000 rpm) using the speed control device.
6. Perform the dispersion operation under the set speed and vacuum environment until the material meets the requirements.
7. After the operation is completed, first reduce the speed to the minimum, then turn off the main motor.
8. Turn off the vacuum pump, release the vacuum, and remove the processed material.
Precautions
* Ensure that the equipment is properly grounded and check that the power supply voltage matches the equipment requirements before use.
* Do not place hands or tools near the rotating dispersion disc while the equipment is operating to prevent injury.
* When handling materials, ensure that the viscosity does not exceed 10,000 CPS and the volume does not exceed the adapter range (12L water medium) to avoid overloading the equipment.
* When the vacuum pump is operating, ensure that the connecting pipelines are well-sealed to maintain effective vacuum levels.
* When moving or cleaning the equipment, be mindful of its weight (30 kg) to prevent tipping.
* Regularly inspect the wear of the carbon brushes and replace them if necessary to maintain motor performance.
* When the equipment is not in use, disconnect the power supply and keep it clean and dry.
