Overview
YIHENG BPG-9100AH high temperature blast drying oven is a laboratory blast drying oven with ceramic fiber liner. Temperature range is RT + 20~ 400 ℃, liner size is 450 × 450 × 450mm, Power is 4050W.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean the box.
2. Adopt the new P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller to quickly reach the set value and operate more accurately and stably.
3. The door seal is made of ceramic fiber, which can operate at high temperature for a long time and has a long service life.
4. 7 groups of 63 steps can be preset, 9 steps per group, and the setting time of each group is 0~ 5999 minutes. The startup and shutdown time can be preset, and the rotation speed of the circulating fan can be adjusted.
5. Multi-stage programmable control, Menu Operating interface, can simplify the complex experimental process, truly realize automatic control and operation.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it will automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
7. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The drying oven is heated by a high-temperature blast system, adopts a ceramic fiber liner and a mirror stainless steel structure, and combines a P.I.D fuzzy logic controller to precisely control the temperature to achieve rapid heating and stable operation. It is suitable for high-temperature drying treatment.
Steps
1. Preset program: Set 7 groups of 63 steps to program through the menu-type Operating interface, 9 steps per group, time 0~ 5999 minutes.
2. Preset switch time: Set the boot and shutdown time as required.
3. Adjust the fan Rotation speed: Adjust the circulating fan Rotation speed to meet the experimental needs.
4. Start running: After confirming the settings, start the device and automatically control and run it.

• Independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function and requires additional configuration to ensure safety.
• Printer or RS485 interface is an optional accessory for recording temperature parameter changes.
• During operation, pay attention to the Ambient Temperature of RT + 5~ 40 ℃ to avoid exceeding the range.
• When cleaning the liner, the shelf bracket can be loaded and unloaded to ensure the hygiene of the box.
