Product Overview
The Pushen JTX-II Building Coating Washability Tester (Smart Touch Screen) is an instrument designed to test the scrubbing and abrasion resistance of surfaces such as coatings, wallpapers, and carpets. By simulating "wear and tear" experiments, it can determine the washability of materials and supports comparative testing using various tools such as brushes, scrubbing pads, sponges, and cleaning cloths. The instrument is equipped with a pumping system that precisely controls the delivery of scrubbing liquids.
Product Features
1. Intelligent touch screen interface for easy control and settings.
2. Equipped with two brushes to accelerate simulated wear and scratch testing.
3. Supports multiple scrubbing tools (e.g., brushes, scrubbing pads, sponges, cleaning cloths) for comparative testing.
4. Integrated liquid pumping system for precise control of scrubbing liquid on/off and flow rate adjustment.
5. Specifically designed for testing the scrubbing resistance of materials such as interior wall coatings, wallpapers, and carpets.
Working Principle
The instrument simulates the wear process in actual use by driving two brushes to perform reciprocating scrubbing motions on the surface of the sample. During the test, the scrubbing liquid placed in a container beside the instrument can be delivered to the brushes or scrubbing tools via a pump. By precisely controlling the liquid flow rate and scrubbing actions, the scrubbing resistance and related wear resistance of the material surface can be measured.
Application field
Interior wall paint, wallpaper, carpet
Complies with standards
GB/T 9755、9266;ASTM D 2486、3450;ISO 11998
Operation Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and secure it on the instrument.
2. Select the appropriate scrubbing tool (e.g., brush, scrubbing pad) according to the test standard and install it.
3. Prepare the liquid solution for scrubbing in the container and connect it to the pumping system.
4. Set the test parameters via the smart touch screen, such as the number of scrubbing cycles and liquid flow rate.
5. Start the instrument to begin the washability test.
6. During the test, control the pump's activation or deactivation via the touch screen and monitor the test status.
7. After the test is completed, remove the specimen and evaluate its washability performance.
Precautions
* Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure proper operation.
* Ensure that the sample is securely fixed to prevent movement during testing.
* Select appropriate scrubbing tools and liquids according to the testing standard requirements.
* Regularly check the wear of scrubbing tools such as brushes and replace them in a timely manner to ensure testing accuracy.
* Keep the instrument and pumping system clean to prevent liquid residue from causing blockages or corrosion.
* Do not disassemble or repair the instrument unless you are a qualified professional.
