Product Overview
The WTN-202S tool measuring metallographic measurement microscope is a high-precision and high-efficiency microscopic measurement instrument under the Tielun Optics brand. It integrates software, optics, mechanics, and electronics into one system, serving as an observation microscope that performs non-contact measurements of workpiece surface profiles through relative measurement methods. It is an essential measurement and inspection device for metrology rooms, laboratories, and production workshops.
Product Features
1. Wide field of view, providing clear and flicker-free images.
2. High-precision measurement with both a large measurement range and high accuracy, suitable for various applications.
3. Equipped with an infinite long-distance bright-field metallographic objective lens to meet the requirements for long working distance measurements.
4. Illumination system (reflection/transmission) can be selected from high-brightness LED lighting or halogen lighting.
5. Utilizes a variable aperture diaphragm for diffraction-free observation and measurement.
6. Comes with standard worktables of various sizes.
7. Quick-release mechanism facilitates rapid movement of the worktable for measuring large workpieces or multiple workpieces.
8. High-position eyepiece observation.
9. High-definition digital camera CCD imaging with optional 12-megapixel resolution.
Working Principle
This microscope employs the principle of optical imaging to magnify and image the measured workpiece through the objective and eyepiece systems. When used as an observation microscope, it is applied to inspect the surface shape of the workpiece. When used as a measuring microscope, it combines with a software system to perform non-contact precision measurements of the image using the relative measurement method.
Application Fields
Precision machining industry, metrology room, laboratory, production workshop
Operating Procedure
1. Select the reflection or transmission illumination method and light source (LED or halogen lamp) based on measurement requirements.
2. Place the workpiece to be measured on the standard worktable.
3. Use the objective lens and eyepiece system to observe and focus the workpiece by adjusting the device to obtain a clear image.
4. If rapid movement of the worktable is required for multi-point or large-area measurements, use the quick-release device.
5. Optimize imaging using the variable aperture diaphragm for diffraction-free observation.
6. Perform non-contact measurements on the workpiece using the microscope's measurement system (which can be used with optional high-definition CCD cameras and software).
Precautions
• Select an appropriate infinite-distance long-working-distance bright-field metallographic objective lens based on the measurement distance requirements.
• When operating the quick-release mechanism to move the stage, ensure smooth movement to avoid collisions.
• When using the variable aperture diaphragm, adjust it according to observation needs to achieve optimal imaging results.
• The high-definition digital camera CCD is an optional feature; please confirm its configuration if needed.
• The instrument should be placed in a stable working environment to avoid vibrations that may affect measurement accuracy.
