Working Principle
The low-temperature thermostat continuously monitors the temperature of the medium inside the tank using a high-precision temperature sensor (PT100) and feeds the signal back to the temperature control motherboard. Based on the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, the temperature control motherboard precisely regulates the heating or cooling system to maintain the medium temperature at the set value. Additionally, a circulation pump ensures uniform temperature distribution within the tank and provides a constant-temperature liquid supply to external equipment.

Operating steps
1. Select an appropriate temperature control medium (such as silicone oil, alcohol, or purified water) according to requirements and add it to the inner tank.
2. Connect the device to the power supply (380V, 50Hz).
3. Set the target temperature and alarm parameters via the device panel or remote interface (RS485/Modbus).
4. Start the device and observe the temperature displayed on the LCD screen. Wait until the temperature stabilizes at the set value.
5. If external circulation is required, connect the external pipeline. The device will provide a constant-temperature liquid circulation (flow rate: 15L/min, head: 4 meters).
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedure and disconnect the power supply.
Precautions
• Please ensure the use of 380V 50Hz voltage, with a power of 6500W, in compliance with the equipment requirements.
• Before use, confirm that the inner tank is filled with an adequate amount of medium, and enable the low-water-level protection function to prevent dry firing.
• Select an appropriate medium based on the temperature range (e.g., alcohol for low temperatures) to avoid improper medium affecting temperature control or safety.
• Regularly check whether the protective functions of the equipment (such as power-off protection and temperature alarms) are functioning properly.
• When performing external circulation, ensure that the pipeline connections are secure and that the flow rate and head meet the system requirements.
• The inner tank of the equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel. Please use appropriate cleaning methods to avoid corrosion or damage.
