10. One-point, two-point, or three-point calibration in any order
11. Microcomputer design, battery-powered, menu navigation, ultra-low power portable meter
Working principle
This portable pH/ORP meter detects the hydrogen ion activity (pH) or oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) in a solution through its electrode and converts the electrical signals into readable values. Equipped with a built-in microprocessor, the meter performs automatic or manual temperature compensation to correct the impact of temperature on measurement results, ensuring accurate readings. Once the measurement data stabilizes, the meter automatically locks the displayed value.
Application Areas
Water quality monitoring, environmental testing, laboratory analysis, industrial production process control, agricultural irrigation, aquaculture, education and scientific research.
Complies with the standard
USA NIST
Operation Steps
1. Turn on the device and select the measurement mode (PH or ORP).
2. Choose one-point, two-point, or three-point calibration in any order as needed.
3. Immerse the electrode into the solution to be measured.
4. Wait for the measurement data to stabilize; the instrument can automatically lock the reading.
5. Browse historical records or adjust settings such as temperature offset via the menu.
6. After use, set the device to automatically shut down or manually turn it off as configured.
Precautions
• Ensure the electrode is clean and stored correctly.
• Regularly calibrate using standard solutions to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to battery level prompts and replace batteries promptly.
• Although it has an IP67 waterproof rating, avoid prolonged immersion or use in high-pressure water environments.
• Use the designated USA NIST standard solution for calibration.
• Avoid using in environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
• Do not disassemble the meter by yourself.
