Product Overview
The Dafengke FW-8 Furnace Temperature Tester is a specialized temperature measurement system for industrial furnaces, widely used in industries such as coating and heat treatment. It is designed to map the temperature curves of metal products during processes like normalizing furnaces, annealing furnaces, nitriding furnaces, and tempering furnaces. This system helps users set and optimize temperature processes and regularly monitor the performance of metal products and workpieces during critical high-temperature processes without interrupting normal production. The recorder can pass through industrial furnace heating equipment, capturing temperature test curves from up to 16 points on the workpiece surface in a single run. It also offers the option of wireless real-time synchronous data recording.

2. Thermometer Advantages: Offers up to 8 types of probes to choose from, uses standard voltage calibration with cold junction temperature correction, optional real-time wireless/wired data reception, intelligently saves data during power outages, stores up to 16 sets of data, utilizes USB port for fast downloading and charging (full charge supports up to 50 hours of continuous use), features clear status indicators, and is easy to learn and operate with one-button functionality.
Working principle
The furnace temperature tester carries temperature probes through industrial furnace heating equipment via a recorder, collecting temperature data from multiple points on the workpiece surface in real time. The system employs standard voltage calibration and cold junction temperature compensation techniques to ensure measurement accuracy. Data can be transmitted to analysis software via wired or wireless connections. The software analyzes the collected time/temperature curves, assisting users in monitoring and optimizing the heat treatment process.
Application fields
Coating and heat treatment industries (such as normalizing furnaces, annealing furnaces, nitriding furnaces, tempering furnaces, etc.)
Complies with standards
Calibrate using standard voltage.
Operating Steps
1. Select and connect the appropriate temperature probe.
2. Set up the recorder (choose manual, specified temperature, or other start-up methods) and place it inside the industrial furnace.
3. The recorder passes through the industrial furnace heating equipment to collect surface temperature data of the workpiece.
4. After the test is completed, download the data to a computer via a USB port (or receive it in real-time wirelessly).
5. Use the accompanying analysis software to open the data for curve analysis, data export, and other operations.
6. Clear the instrument's memory data via the software to prepare for the next test.
Precautions
• Ensure that the selected probe type matches the testing requirements.
• The instrument intelligently saves data when powered off, but it is still important to conduct tests when the battery is sufficiently charged.
• When using the USB port for charging or data downloading, ensure a stable connection.
• The analysis software supports data export to Excel; please pay attention to file format compatibility.
• The image insertion function is used to mark the location of test points; ensure that the images are clear.
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure temperature measurement accuracy.
