Working Principle
The instrument is controlled by an ARM microprocessor and utilizes PID self-tuning technology to achieve precise automatic heating of the sample. During the heating process, it automatically performs a sweep and employs a fully electric ignition method to test the ignition of the sample vapor, eliminating the need for external flammable gas. When a flash fire is detected, the system automatically locks the corresponding temperature as the flash point, performs atmospheric pressure correction, and finally prints the measurement results automatically.
Application Fields
Electricity, petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research
Operating Procedures
1. Prepare 1ml-2ml of the sample to be tested.
2. Select or set up the testing program via the Chinese menu on the touch screen.
3. Start the instrument. It will automatically complete heating, scanning, ignition, flash point detection, result locking, and report printing.
4. After the test, the instrument can perform forced air cooling.
Precautions
• The instrument is fully electrically ignited and does not require the use of any combustible gases. However, it should still be operated in a well-ventilated, open-flame-free environment.
• Ensure the sample volume is between 1 ml and 2 ml, as too much or too little may affect the test results.
• Please read the instruction manual carefully before operation and follow the standard procedures.
• The instrument is equipped with atmospheric pressure correction. To ensure data accuracy, it is recommended to confirm the ambient atmospheric pressure or enable automatic correction before testing.
• After testing, the forced air cooling function can be used to accelerate cooling for the next test.
• The instrument should be placed on a stable work surface, avoiding vibration and strong electromagnetic interference.
