Overview
YIHENG BPG-9200BH high temperature blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment with ceramic fiber liner. Temperature range is RT + 20 ℃ to 400 ℃. Its liner size is 600 × 600 × 600mm and Power is 6050W, suitable for experimental environments requiring high temperature drying.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean.
2. Adopt the new P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller for fast, accurate and stable temperature control.
3. The door seal is made of ceramic fiber, which is resistant to high temperature and has a long service life.
4. Can be preset 7 groups of 63 steps can be programmed, each group of 9 steps, single step time 0~ 5999 minutes. Support preset switch time, circulating fan Rotation speed adjustable.
5. Multi-stage programmable control, Menu Operating interface, simplify the complex experimental process and realize automated operation.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system (optional), overheating automatically interrupts to ensure experimental safety.
7. Optional printer or RS485 interface (optional), used to connect the printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the built-in heating element, and under the action of the circulating fan, the hot air is forced convection in the box to form a uniform and stable high temperature environment. The P.I.D fuzzy logic controller is used to precisely adjust the Heating power to quickly reach and maintain the set temperature value.
Applications
Laboratory high temperature drying, material heat treatment, sample baking, industrial product aging testing

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to the AC380V power supply.
2. Open the box door, place samples and install shelves as needed.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature, time and program steps through the menu interface of the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the circulating fan starts to work, and the heating system runs according to the set program.
5. During operation, the internal status can be monitored through the observation window or optional recording equipment.
6. After the program runs or stops manually, the sample is taken out after the temperature in the box is naturally cooled down to a safe range.
Notice
Equipment must be installed by professionals and properly grounded.
• The environment should be ventilated and away from flammable and explosive materials.
• Do not dry flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items.
Samples should not be placed too tightly, leaving room to ensure air circulation.
• When taking samples, wear thermal gloves to prevent burns.
• Do not touch the surface and interior of the box during or just after operation to avoid high temperature burns.
When cleaning the liner, make sure the equipment is powered off and completely chilled down.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, it is necessary to regularly check whether its function is normal.
