Overview
YIHENG BPG-9760BH high temperature blast drying oven is a laboratory blast drying oven using ceramic fibers. Temperature range is RT + 20~ 400 ℃, liner size is 980 × 1000 × 780mm, Power is 12750W.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean the box.
2. Adopt the new P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller to quickly reach the set value and operate more accurately and stably.
3. The door seal is made of ceramic fiber, which can operate at high temperature for a long time and has a long service life.
4. 7 groups of 63 steps can be preset, 9 steps per group, and the setting time of each group is 0~ 5999 minutes. The startup and shutdown time can be preset, and the rotation speed of the circulating fan can be adjusted.
5. Multi-stage programmable control, Menu Operating interface, can simplify the complex experimental process, truly realize automatic control and operation.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it will automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
7. Can be equipped with a printer or RS485 interface, used to connect to a printer or computer, and can record changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The drying oven adopts the principle of high temperature blast, and the temperature is precisely controlled by the P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller. The circulating fan can adjust the wind speed to achieve uniform heating and stable temperature environment.
Steps
1. Preset programmable to set temperature and time parameters.
2. Preset boot and shutdown times.
3. Rotation speed of circulating fan.
4. Start the device to run.

• When the temperature limit is exceeded, the independent temperature limit alarm system will automatically interrupt the operation to ensure safety.
• When selecting an independent temperature limit controller and RS485 interface, it needs to be installed and used as required.
