Product Overview
The Digital Display Double-Arm Tensile Testing Machine (Model: STX2K) is a micro-controlled electronic universal testing machine produced by the Lugong brand. This equipment features advanced design in both the main unit and accessories, boasting an aesthetically pleasing appearance, user-friendly operation, and stable and reliable performance. It utilizes a precision transmission system to perform tensile mechanical property tests on various materials, including metals and non-metals. With characteristics such as high efficiency, low noise, no pollution, and a wide speed regulation range, it serves as a reliable testing device for research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and quality inspection departments.
Product Features
1. The speed control system employs a servo motor and a synchronous belt reduction mechanism, offering stable and reliable performance, and is equipped with protection devices against overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload.
2. The transmission part utilizes an arc synchronous toothed belt and a precision ball screw pair, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and high efficiency.
3. The touchscreen operation method, combined with real-time display on an LCD screen, overcomes the issue of frequent malfunctions in older digital tube displays, offering an aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and efficient experience.
Working principle
The system controls the rotation of the servo motor through the controller and speed regulation system. After being decelerated by the reduction system, it drives the crossbeam to rise or fall via a precision lead screw pair, thereby completing the tensile mechanical performance test of the specimen.
Application Field
Material inspection and analysis in industries such as metals, non-metals, construction materials, aerospace, mechanical manufacturing, wires and cables; as well as departments including scientific research institutions, universities, technical colleges, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, and commercial inspection arbitration.
Operating Steps
1. Device operation and parameter settings are performed via the touchscreen.
2. The controller drives the servo motor to rotate based on the set instructions.
3. The transmission system transfers power to the precision ball screw pair, moving the crossbeam to perform tensile testing on the specimen.
4. During the testing process, the LCD display shows real-time data and curves.
Precautions
• The equipment is equipped with protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload, but it must still be operated within the specified rated parameters.
• Please familiarize yourself with the touchscreen interface and various function settings before operation.
• Regularly inspect the wear and lubrication of transmission components (such as synchronous belts and ball screws) to ensure smooth transmission.
• Do not use the equipment with materials or under conditions beyond its design scope.
