Product Overview
The Digital Dual-Arm Tensile Testing Machine (Model: STX1K) is a digital dual-arm micro-controlled electronic universal testing machine. This equipment features an advanced design for both the main unit and auxiliary fixtures, boasting an aesthetically pleasing appearance, user-friendly operation, and stable and reliable performance. Driven by a servo motor, it transmits motion through a deceleration system and precision lead screw pair to move the crossbeam, enabling tensile mechanical property testing of specimens. With characteristics such as pollution-free operation, low noise, high efficiency, and a wide speed adjustment range, it serves as a reliable testing device for material inspection and analysis in research institutes, universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision departments, and other related fields.
Product Features
1. The speed control system utilizes a servo motor and synchronous belt reduction mechanism, offering stable and reliable performance, and includes protection devices against overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload.
2. The transmission part employs arc synchronous toothed belts and precision ball screw pairs, ensuring smooth transmission, low noise, and high transmission efficiency.
3. The touchscreen operation method, with real-time display on the LCD screen, overcomes the issue of frequent failures in old-style digital tube displays, combining aesthetic appeal with convenience and speed.
Working Principle
The system controls the rotation of the servo motor through the controller via the speed regulation system, which is then decelerated by the reduction system. This drives the crossbeam to move up or down through a precision lead screw pair, thereby completing the tensile mechanical performance test of the specimen.
Application Field
Metals, non-metals, building materials, aerospace, mechanical manufacturing, wire and cable, and other industries.
