Product Overview
The Huibao HT-F888 Abrasion Tester is a specialized device used to determine the combined resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics to shear flexing and abrasion. This instrument offers two testing methods as specified by standards: without a pressure foot and with a pressure foot, enabling the inspection of the fabric's resistance to shear flexing and abrasion.
Product Features
1. Simple and convenient operation with a high degree of automation.
2. The reciprocating motion of the left and right fixtures is achieved using a crank-rocker mechanism.
3. The counter automatically counts and displays the rotational speed (frequency).
4. Equipped with an automatic shutdown function when the set number of friction cycles is reached.
5. Features automatic and manual adjustment functions for aligning the left and right fixtures.
6. The motion amplitude of the fixtures is adjustable.
7. Allows simultaneous testing of three sets of samples.
8. Utilizes variable frequency speed control.
Working Principle
Place the specimen within the designated fixture reference marks, close and lock the fixture. Use a crank-rocker mechanism to drive the left and right fixtures in a reciprocating motion, thereby applying shear flexing and friction to the specimen to evaluate its resistance to combined shear flexing and friction.
Application Fields
Determination of resistance of rubber- or plastics-coated fabrics to combined shear flexing and rubbing
Complies with standards
HG/T 3048-2009 "Rubber or plastics coated fabrics—Determination of combined resistance to shear flexing and rubbing" and ISO 5981:2007
Operating Steps
1. Place the sample within the designated fixture reference marks.
2. Engage the fixture and lock it securely.
3. Start the equipment, and the crank-rocker mechanism drives the fixture to perform reciprocating motion.
4. The counter automatically counts, and the machine stops automatically once the set number of cycles is reached.
Precautions
• Before use, ensure that the equipment complies with relevant safety regulations.
• During operation, accurately place the sample within the fixture reference marks.
• Select the appropriate test method (with or without a pressure foot) based on the testing requirements.
• Regularly check the operational status of the equipment to ensure proper fixture alignment and movement range.
