This instrument is used to measure the conventional hardness of rubber and rubber-like material test pieces and specimens. It is a device designed to comply with Method M specified in standards such as GB/T6031-2017 and ISO48:2010. Through the integration of a high-precision transmission and sensing system, the instrument performs a single test automatically with a single button under system control. In addition to measuring the hardness of standard rubber test pieces, it can also determine the apparent hardness of small-volume finished products, such as O-rings and pipes.

Operation Steps
1. Settings are made through the touchscreen integrated operating system.
2. Use the XY-axis displacement platform for precise fine-tuning of measurement points on small specimens.

4. With a single click, the instrument automatically completes a single test.
5. Output measurement data for 5 points per specimen via the micro-printer.
