Working Principle
The ultrasonic cleaner converts high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibrations, utilizing piezoelectric ceramic transducers to transform electrical energy into ultrasonic vibrations, which propagate into the cleaning liquid to create a cavitation effect. Cavitation bubbles rapidly form and collapse in the liquid, generating micro-impacts that dislodge dirt from surfaces. Combined with a heating function, it enhances cleaning efficiency, achieving deep, thorough cleaning with no死角.

Operation procedure
1. Place the cleaning basket into the cleaning tank, and add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution or water. The liquid level should be above the vibration plate but not exceed the top edge of the tank.
2. Place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket, ensuring they do not come into direct contact with the bottom of the tank.
3. Connect the power supply, and set the temperature control (RT+ to 80°C) and timer (0-99 minutes) according to the cleaning requirements.
4. Activate the ultrasonic cleaning function and wait for the cleaning process to complete.
5. After cleaning, turn off the power, remove the cleaning basket, rinse the items with clean water, and dry them.
6. Open the 1/2-inch water valve at the bottom to drain the cleaning solution and clean the tank.
Precautions
- Ensure the power supply voltage matches the equipment label (110V/60Hz or 220V/50Hz) before use.
- The cleaning liquid level must be above the vibration plate to avoid damage from no-load operation.
- Avoid placing fragile or precision items directly on the tank bottom; use a cleaning basket instead.
- When heating, control the temperature range between RT+ and 80°C to prevent overheating.
- When draining, ensure the water valve is fully closed before refilling to prevent leakage.
- Power off promptly after cleaning, and regularly clean the inside of the equipment to prevent dirt accumulation from affecting performance.
- Use only in accordance with the product manual; do not use for cleaning flammable or explosive liquids.
- Children and inexperienced personnel must use the equipment under professional supervision.
