The Huxi HLC-2006W horizontal constant temperature bath is an optimally designed constant temperature device with a compact size and elegant appearance. It can be used as a dedicated constant temperature bath for viscometers or for other constant temperature experiments. Its Φ110mm large opening accommodates beakers of various sizes, such as 500ml, and, combined with a stainless steel bracket base, meets diverse requirements. This device fully complies with the JJG 1002-2005 verification regulation for rotational viscometers.

Working principle
The horizontal constant-temperature bath precisely regulates the heating and cooling processes through a PID control system to maintain a constant temperature of the liquid inside the bath. The fully enclosed compressor unit provides cooling, and in conjunction with a heat-free circulation pump and stirring motor, it ensures uniform liquid temperature within the bath, which is directly transferred to the test specimen. The rotor of the rotational viscometer can be conveniently placed into a beaker for testing. This equipment supports both internal and external circulation modes, with the external circulation able to connect to external devices through an external interface.

Operating Steps
1. Place the constant temperature bath on a stable surface and connect the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of liquid medium into the bath according to experimental requirements.
3. Set the required constant temperature and time.
4. If internal or external circulation is needed, connect the corresponding silicone tubes: for external circulation, use the standard silicone tube with insulation sleeve; for internal circulation, use a short silicone tube to connect the inlet and outlet.
5. Start the refrigeration and circulation functions, and wait for the bath temperature to stabilize at the set value.
6. Place the beaker containing the sample into the bath, ensuring the liquid submerges the test area.
7. Perform viscometer measurements or other experimental operations.
8. After use, turn off the power, and clean the liquid medium inside the bath and the equipment.
